Reserve a Booth
Connect with the people you want to meet! The Update is a fun, free, family-friendly and convenient way for green consumers to learn about the latest and greatest in environmental products, services, and organizations. Your presence at the celebration provides you with a fantastic opportunity for face-to-face education and promotion with thousands of central Ohio’s most sought-after clients and members. Booth exhibits are from 3pm to 8pm on Thursday, April 22 at Franklin Park.
NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS: Update central Ohio about your green mission! Great for environmental organizations, community clubs, outdoor education organizations, and neighborhood groups, churches, etc. (Non-profit booth rate is $100 or $50 if also a worksite sponsor or host.) Each reservation includes:
- 10’ x 10’ space at April 22 Celebration
- space includes 2 chairs and a table
- listing in Earth Day 2010: The Update program and on the website

BUSINESSES: Update central Ohio about your green products and services! Perfect for green product retailers, outdoor sports outfitters, organic lawn care and landscaping companies, alternative energy suppliers, natural foods stores, reused/recycled product vendors, energy efficiency retailers, and more! (For-profit booth rate is $250 or $150 if also a worksite sponsor or host.) Each reservation includes:
- 10’ x 10’ space at April 22 Celebration
- space includes 2 chairs and a table
- listing in Earth Day 2010: The Update program and on the website

NUTS & BOLTS
We do not provide tents. You may bring a tent that does not stake into the ground.
You may arrive at Franklin Park for set up at 2pm on April 22. Parking details will be emailed to registered booths closer to time.
Information and give aways may be handed out. Please do not sell anything as we will not have a peddlar's licence (this does not apply to food and beverage vendors).
