Thanks for being part of Earth Day 2010: The Update!

•        If you have not already paid please do so ASAP via our online payment system   

•        You must pay before you set up your booth or you will not be allowed to participate.

•        You are allowed to bring a payment by check on the day of the event.

DATE and TIME

•        Thursday, April 22, 2010

•        The earliest time you can come to set up your booth is 2pm

•        The entire event runs from 3-10pm

•        All booths should be vacated by 8pm. (The evening’s featured speakers will begin at 7:30pm. Only the Main Stage, the food and beverage vendors, and the activities inside Franklin Park Conservatory will continue after 8pm.)

LOCATION

•        The booths are located outside, on the grounds of Franklin Park Conservatory: 1777 E. Broad St. Columbus, OH 43203

•        We will direct you to your assigned booth during check in at the Welcome Tent. (Please know that we will not know the location of your booth until just prior to the event. We will do our best to respect all the requests we have for positioning certain organizations next to or apart from each other.)

•        Unloading and parking directions: Enter Franklin Park Conservatory grounds from the Broad St. entrance and veer left. Immediately to your right is a small road called the Carriage Loop. Pull in there to unload. We will have a few carts available to help in transporting your materials. After unloading, you must move your car to one of the overflow parking areas. Overflow parking details provided upon arrival.

STATS

•        Your booth will 10 x 10 ' and will include one 8’ x 30” table and two chairs. 

•        We will not provide tents
